This unique and contemporary villa located in the centre of Gaucin not only offers a perfect scenic outlook across the mountains and to the ocean but also an outstanding level of comfort and luxury.  Large glass sliding doors installed throughout the villa make it possible to enjoy these views from every corner of the house.  The considerable amount of light and refreshing air flow also is a benefit from the modern design of this glass fronted haven.  The sense of space and tranquillity are apparent with the high ceilings and minimalist décor where white is the dominant colour.  The villa has been recently renovated with a high spec throughout including Italian tiling, Natura beds of the highest comfort, kitchen with high end appliance, a Bali lounge bed and light show in the pool.  There is ample outdoor space.  All the bedrooms are spacious with minimalistic interiors where a feeling of serenity waves over you.  Each bedroom has an individual exit to an outside terrace, all with views.  The bathrooms are complete with Italian tiles and anti-steam mirrors, eco-friendly towel warmers and black out blinds.  There are many additional luxurious benefits for a delightful holiday retreat.  The villa has air conditioning throughout, wifi, double glazed windows and parking for one car outside the villa with nearby street parking.

Lower Level

The villa is distributed over four levels.  The lower level is where you will find the divine and tranquil pool area.   The pool is great size at 6m x 4m and is also heated for the cooler months.  A large patio area surrounds the pool with modern furnishings including a Bali bed and additional sun loungers.  You can easily spend your days lounging around the pool with a bar area, including a washer, fridge, storage and sink.    As the sun goes down you can enjoy the exquisite lighting in the pool, a six colour display.  There is outdoor access to the villa from here. 


Second Level

As you walk up the steps admiring the exterior of this unique house, you will reach an additional patio area to enjoy the sunny days.  On this level there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and additional sofa bed to sleep up to the 10.

Mid Level

The next level up you will find the heart of the house. Another peaceful terrace area with a remarkable view, outdoor lounge furniture and a table seating up to 12 with a pergola offering shade.  From this luxurious terrace area, you enter the well-appointed kitchen, a clean and modern design with high end appliances and a clear view to admire the scenery.   The lighting in the kitchen provides great ambience as it does throughout the house.  The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a double oven, wine fridge, double size fridge freezer, washer/dryer and Dishwasher. 

The open plan design leads you to the living area where there is comfortable sofa, gas fireplace and smart tv and Sonos sound system.

There is also a double bedroom on tis floor with terrace and separate shower room / guest washroom.

The main entrance to the villa is also on this level.

Upper Level

The indoor staircase takes you up to the final level where you will find two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with double basin, bath and walk in shower.  There is also a large walk in wardrobe.

The second bedroom on this level also has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with double basin and walk in shower.

Both these rooms are fitted with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading to their individual private terraces.  Once again, the views are incredible.

Extra Details

Casa Lindo is located near the centre of Gaucin.  There are bars and restaurants within walking distance.  There are also plenty of shops with local produce, larger general stores and a pharmacy.  Gaucin itself is perfectly situated in the Andalucian Mountains to enjoy both the cultural and historic cities and the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns. Travel

Travelling to Gaucin

We recommend you fly into Malaga, approximately 115 km from Gaucin or Gibraltar (a little closer) approximately 58 km .  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville.  

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here, the journey from either airport is not hard.  You can take in some of the breathtaking scenery on the way to Gaucin and the Andalucian Mountains.  

Travelling from Malaga and need a car?  Check out Sixt Car Rental.. Travelling from Gibraltar airport?  Walking across the border to Spain is quick and easy and takes you to the town of La Linea.  For car hire check out, Europcar   la Linea.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

Price Per Week



June July and August 2022  -   £4,350.00 


  • Changeover day is on a Saturday.
  • The property must be vacated by 10am.      
  • Arrival is at 4pm unless previously agreed with agent.
  • Minimum stay of 1 week.
  • All linen and pool towels is provided.
  • Groups, large families and children welcome

Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.


Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  


Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
