A welcoming townhouse situated in the established community of Las Lomas, Sotogrande.  The communal grounds are beautifully kept with a swimming pool, tennis and padel courts and various garden areas, perfect for children and families to enjoy the outside life of Spain.  This is a two storey house with four bedrooms, spacious living and dining area and fully fitted kitchen.  The interiors are fresh and comfortable.  The location is also desirable, within a 5 minute drive to all local shops and amenities, plus only a 5 minute drive to the port of Sotogrande, local beaches, tennis clubs and beach clubs.  If you are feeling energetic you could also walk to most amenities, the buzzing port where you will find local markets, various shops and restaurants, is a beautiful walk in a safe and groomed environment, (although this may take you 35-45 minutes so be prepared!).

Living/Dining

This area is comfortable and spacious with satellite television access, wifi and air conditioning units.
The double doors also lead you to a conservatory area with seating around an outdoor table and then to the private garden. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with most utensils needed for a holiday break.  Extras also include a microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and baby/toddlers high chair.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms, all located on the first floor.  The master bedroom has a small terrace, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a television in the room.
There are two other double bedrooms and one twin room, each of these share a bathroom with a bath and over head shower.
All the rooms also have substantial cupboard space and views from the windows over the grounds and community area.   In additional there is a cot available for little ones.
There is also a guest bathroom on the groundfloor.

Outside

This is a wonderful area for families with children of all ages.  The community gardens are large and well kept with the added bonus of tennis and padel courts on your door step.  The communal pool is large with plenty of space around to lounge in the sun.  There is also a separate shallow pool for toddlers.  The pool area is safe and gated, but please always keep an eye on your children while visiting the pool area.

Casa Pulpo is located in Sotogrande Costa which is the the lower section of Sotogrande, along the coast line.  Sotogrande is an elegant residential area with beautifully kept villas.    Just a few minutes drive from Casa Pulpo is the buzzing marina and port of Sotogrande.  The local beaches, exclusive beach clubs and tennis clubs are also close, if you are energetic you could walk or cycle!  You can play at the local golf courses which include the Almenara and famous Valderrama courses, along with others nearby. You can also enjoy watching polo at the local international club, Santa Maria Polo Club.  Locally you will find all you need, restaurants, bars, large super markets and plenty of shops, but we do recommend you hire a car.
Sotogrande is perfectly situated in Southern Andalucia to enjoy  both the cultural and historic cities, the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns along the costa del sol and the beautiful golden sand beaches along the costa de la luz. Travel

 Travelling to Sotogrande

We recommend you fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.  Gibraltar is a short distance, only 30 km to Sotogrande.  Hiring a taxi is simple and inexpensive from the border of Gibraltar, alternatively there are many car hire places across the border.  Malaga is approximately 106 km from Sotogrande.  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville. 

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here, the journey from either airport is not hard.  You can take in some of the breathtaking scenery on the way to Gaucin and the Andalucian Mountains.  

Travelling from Malaga and need a car?  Check out Sixt Car Rental.. Travelling from Gibraltar airport?  Walking across the border to Spain is quick and easy and takes you to the town of La Linea.  For car hire check out, Europcar   la Linea.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

  • A change of linen will be provided on a weekly basis.
  • Arrival day is a Saturday but can be flexible outside of August, please enquire.
  • Arrival time is 4pm and the property must be vacated by 11am unless previously agreed with JamPot Villas.
  • Bathroom towels and linen is provided.
Please note, a damage deposit of €750 will be requested upon arrival and returned on departure should there be no damage to the property.


Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.


Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  


Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
