Casa Pluma is an extraordinarily spacious duplex penthouse with beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoor life at its best. This does not feel like a typical penthouse apartment, more so a grand villa on the third floor of an even grander building.  Luxury is immediately apparent as you walk through the apartment.  The style is exquisite and incredibly inspiring with the mix of colors and designs.  Although within a ten minute drive from the beaches you have the luxury of choosing to stay close to home as Valgrande offers many choices – four swimming pools, padel courts, gymnasium, spa, a jogging path, plus a putting area.  Stay here on lazy days and go to the beach for lunch in one of the many beach bars, followed by a swim in the sea.

Living Area

The Iiving space is exceptional with fabulous artwork, colour and textures throughout. There are comfortable sofas and large French windows running the length of the room, leading to the main terrace   The dining area is also part of this space, which has a dining table seating up to eight.    There is a large television with satellite and wifi access. 


The kitchen is impressive with a modern design and plenty of worktop space and cupboard space.  There is a bar area stools to enjoy a casual breakfast and It is fully equipped.  There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer and a connecting terrace to dry clothes.   A door leads to the beginning of the main terrace where there is a barbeque and outdoor table. 


There are three double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access.  The master bedroom is located to one side of the main floor and two more located upstairs on the first floor of this duplex apartment.

The master bedroom has a large dressing room and seating area leading to an additional terrace, ample cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.  The main sleeping area leads out to the main terrace located at the front of the apartment.  This master bedroom is exceptionally large and quite a special area.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms.  Both have an en-suite bathroom and large French windows that lead on to a connecting terrace with sun loungers and stunning views.

Outside Area

Beautiful terraces on both levels and sides of this Penthouse; this ensures you can either be in the sun or the shade at any time of the day.  Plus there is a BBQ area on the terrace for lazy evening at home. 

The views form all the terraces are of lush land and beautiful sights.  The communal grounds are immaculately maintained, with three outdoor swimming pools and plenty of gardens providing a safe and secure environment.  The development is gated with a security guard and there is also a gymnasium and a pitch and put practice area.  This is truly a luxurious experience!

This penthouse is located in Sotogrande Alto which is the upper part of Sotogrande.  This is an elegant residential area with beautifully kept villas and developments.  It is quiet and tranquil with views of the local golf courses or the sea in beyond.  You can play at the golf courses which include the Almenara and famous Valderrama courses, along with others nearby.  A short drive, approximately 5 minutes from Casa Pluma, you can enjoy the buzzing marina and port of Sotogrande.  Locally you will find all you need, restaurants, bars, large super markets and plenty of shops, but we do recommend you hire a car.
Sotogrande is perfectly situated in Southern Andalucia to enjoy  both the cultural and historic cities, the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns along the costa del sol and the beautiful golden sand beaches along the costa de la luz. Travelling to Sotogrande

 We recommend you fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.  Gibraltar is a short distance, only 30 km to Sotogrande.  Hiring a taxi is simple and inexpensive from the border of Gibraltar, alternatively there are many car hire places across the border.  Malaga is approximately 106 km from Sotogrande.  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville.  

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here, the journey from either airport is not hard.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  

Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
