Casa Oyster is an impressively luxurious villa located in a desirable street in Sotogrande Costa.  The area is tranquil and within walking distance of the popular Trocadero Beach Club, the local yacht club, local beaches plus the port of Sotogrande.  There is also a range of sporting activities within walking distance including water sports, tennis clubs and the polo fields.

The villa is incredibly well maintained with manicured gardens, large terrace areas and plenty of rooms to entertain, relax or retreat for a snooze.  The private pool is a fabulous size, gated for safety and enjoys a lavish bar area with plenty of shade and al fresco dining space.  The private gymnasium is also an extra luxury, located at the end of the garden where children can also enjoy the soft play area with climbing frame.

Kitchen and Dining

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need.  There is also a dining table and additional television area with sofas.  You may also enjoy eating in the separate grand dining room with a large glass fronted wine store.  This room leads you directly to the outdoor bar area and divine pool.

Living Area

The main living area is central to the house with a fireplace and view out to the garden area.  In addition to this room there is a grand upstairs study and living area, with beamed ceilings and elaborate decor.


Three of the seven bedrooms are located on the ground floor and four on the first floor.   The first floor rooms have French doors leading to the fabulous large terrace stretching the length of the villa.  All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.  Three are twin rooms and the other four bedrooms have double beds.

Outside area

‘The outdoor area is a fabulous extension to the extensive inside space.  Covered terraces run the length of the villa both on the ground and first floor levels.  There are delightful outdoor dining spaces, lounge areas and a fabulous modern outdoor bar area.  The garden area is immaculate with a large lawn area and beautiful tall palm trees.  There is also a separate unit with a gymnasium and a children’s play area at the far end of the lawn.  The private swimming pool is gorgeous, with sunbathing areas and also a covered gazebo.  The pool is also gated for safety.  At the far end of the garden you have direct access to the golf course which sits beyond the gardens.  The top terrace allows views over to the golf course.

Casa Oyster is located in Sotogrande Costa which is the the lower section of Sotogrande, along the coast line.  Sotogrande is an elegant residential area with beautifully kept villas.    Just 15 minutes walk from Casa Oyster is the buzzing marina and port of Sotogrande.  The local beaches, exclusive beach clubs and tennis clubs are also close, many within walking distance.  You can play at the local golf courses which include the Almenara and famous Valderrama courses, along with others nearby. You can also enjoy watching polo at the local international club, Santa Maria Polo Club.  Locally you will find all you need, restaurants, bars, large super markets and plenty of shops, although you may want to hire a car.
Sotogrande is perfectly situated in Southern Andalucia to enjoy  both the cultural and historic cities, the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns along the costa del sol and the beautiful golden sand beaches along the costa de la luz. Travelling to Sotogrande

We recommend you fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.  Gibraltar is a short distance, only 30 km to Sotogrande.  Hiring a taxi is simple and inexpensive from the border of Gibraltar, alternatively there are many car hire places across the border.  Malaga is approximately 106 km from Sotogrande.  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville.  

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here, the journey from either airport is not hard.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

Price Per Week

Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  

Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
