This modern penthouse apartment is located in a brand new luxury waterfront development in the heart of the Sotogrande Marina and port.  The apartment is beautifully kept, comfortable, relaxing and with an interior designed to a high specification.  The development has a concierge service with 24 hour security, plus beautifully kept grounds with two outdoor pools and an indoor pool with a gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi.  The views are absolutely stunning, and can be admired from every room and terrace.  The centre of the Sotogrande port and the nearby beach  is only a five minute walk away.

Living / Dining Area

The spacious living area leads onto an open balcony terrace.  The glass folding wall brings the terrace into your living space and allows you to admire these views in comfort.  This is a great area for outdoor entertaining.  For inside dining there is a glass dining table to seat four.  There is also a flat screen television, hot and cold air conditioning and unlimited wifi access.


A compact modern kitchen with American fridge and ice maker.  Separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.  The kitchen is equiped with everything you will need, including a microwave, oven with four ring hob, dish washer, coffee maker and toaster.


The apartment has two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The master bedroom looks over the marina, with large wall to wall windows and large cupboards.  There is generous en-suite bathroom with double basin, shower and bath.

The second bedroom has two single beds (can be converted to double) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The large windows have views over the pool area and across to the famous polo fields of Sotogrande. 

Outside Area

The main terrace leading from the living area has an outdoor dining table seating six together with lounging chairs.  This penthouse apartment also has a roof terrace with a barbeque, additional outdoor table seating six with sun umbrella and two sun loungers.  Both these terrace areas enjoy the fabulous views.  You can also take advantage of the communal areas, there is a spacious outdoor pool area, second pool, bridges and flowering gardens.

Casa Marlin  is located in the heart of the Sotogrande Marina.  There are bars, restaurants, beaches and all ammenities within walking distance.  There are plenty of local shops; fresh bakeries, convenience stores, ice cream parlours and there are larger supermarkets a short drive away.  The apartment has 2 underground private parking spaces, easily accessable from the apartment by a lift.  Sotogrande is perfectly situated in Southern Andalucia to enjoy  both the cultural and historic cities, the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns along the costa del sol and the beautiful golden sand beaches along the costa de la luz. Travelling to Sotogrande

We recommend you fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.  Gibraltar is a short distance, only 30 km to Sotogrande.  Hiring a taxi is simple and inexpensive from the border of Gibraltar, alternatively there are many car hire places across the border.  Malaga is approximately 106 km from Sotogrande.  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville.  

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here as there are so many wonderful places to explore in Southern Andalucia.   The journey from either airport is not hard.

Travelling from Malaga and need a car?  Check out Sixt Car Rental. Travelling from Gibraltar airport?  Walking across the border to Spain is quick and easy and takes you to the town of La Linea.  For car hire check out, Europcar   la Linea.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

Price Per Week

Please Enquire.

  • Change over day is a Saturday but can be flexible, please enquire.
  • A change of linen will be included on rentals over 1 week.
  • Arrival time is 4pm and the property must be vacated by 11am unless previously agreed with JamPot Villas.
  • Bathroom towels (excluding pool towels) are provided.
  • A cash deposit of £350.00 / €500.00 will be requested upon arrival and returned upon your departure should there be no damage to the property or items missing from the property.

Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  

Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
