A stunning villa located in the upper part of Sotogrande in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood.  The garden, which surrounds the house, is private and immaculate with bright flowers and a turquoise pool.  The rooms are large with a central living area that brings the main outside area into this beautiful house.  There are also splendid far reaching views from the south side of the house, including from the master bedroom,  which overlooks the lush land of Sotogrande and across to the Mediterranean sea.  In the lower part of the house there is a separate unit  with a cinema room, pool table and two bedrooms.   This is a perfect family villa, surrounded by golf courses and activities for the family, all a short drive away in this exclusive resort of Sotogrande. 

Living Area

The living area is centrally located in the house with large windows and doors looking out over the garden and pool area.  On the opposite side, facing south there is a long terrace where you can admire the views across Sotogrande and to the sea.  This provides some shade during the hot summer months where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.

Next to a grand open fireplace are two comfortable sofas plus satellite television.   Wifi can be accessed throughout the house. 


The country style kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and facilities that you will need, including an American fridge freezer with ice maker, dish washer, four ring hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer.  Large windows look out over the lush land of Sotogrande Alto.  You can also walk out onto the long terrace, connected to the living area.  Beside the kitchen is an elegantly decorated dining area with seating for up to eight people.


The master bedroom is exclusively located on the first floor, allowing uninterrupted views.  It is a spacious room with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom with double basin, shower room and a central bath. 

There are two more bedrooms on the main level, both with en-suite bathrooms, with shower and basin.  These rooms each have large single beds.

The lower level bedroom area of the house, which is completely separate from the other bedrooms has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a smaller bedroom suitable for two children. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms.   Also on this level there is a cinema room and a small gymnasium.  This part of the house opens up onto a terrace and its own garden area which then  leads up and around the house to the main garden.    The way this beautiful villa is arranged  makes it perfect if you are two families sharing. 

Outside area

The garden is perfectly kept with a large flat lawn area, ideal for children to play and enjoy the sun.  There is a brick barbeque and pizza oven outside on the terrace and an outdoor eating area to seat eight.  The pool is gated for safety and there is outdoor dining on the terrace area next to the pool.  This private garden completely surrounds the property, allowing the lower part of the house to enjoy some private garden space.  The plot is gated with a private driveway and parking.

This villa is located in Sotogrande Alto which is the upper part of Sotogrande.  This is an elegant residential area with beautifully kept villas.  It is quiet and tranquil, most villas enjoying views of the local golf courses or the sea in beyond.  You can play at the local golf courses which include the Almenara and famous Valderrama courses, along with others nearby.  A short drive, approximately 10 minutes from casa Lily, you can enjoy the buzzing marina and port of Sotogrande.  Locally you will find all you need, restaurants, bars, large super markets and plenty of shops, but we do recommend you hire a car.
Sotogrande is perfectly situated in Southern Andalucia to enjoy  both the cultural and historic cities, the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns along the costa del sol and the beautiful golden sand beaches along the costa de la luz. Travelling to Sotogrande

We recommend you fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.  Gibraltar is a short distance, only 30 km to Sotogrande.  Hiring a taxi is simple and inexpensive from the border of Gibraltar, alternatively there are many car hire places across the border.  Malaga is approximately 106 km from Sotogrande.  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville.  

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here, the journey from either airport is not hard.  You can take in some of the breathtaking scenery on the way to Gaucin and the Andalucian Mountains.  

Travelling from Malaga and need a car?  Check out Sixt Car Rental.. Travelling from Gibraltar airport?  Walking across the border to Spain is quick and easy and takes you to the town of La Linea.  For car hire check out, Europcar   la Linea.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

Price Per Week

July and August           £3,500.00 per week

Casa Lily is available to rent over Christmas and New year and the months of July and August.
In July and August there is a minimum rental period of 2 weeks.
Arrival day may be flexible, please enquire.
Arrival time is 4pm and the property must be vacated by 11am.
All linen and pool towels are provided.
A change of linen is provided on rentals of over 1 week.

Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  

Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
