is a luxurious penthouse apartment, spreading over two floors and with stunning views over luscious landscapes and the immaculate golf course of the famous Almenara.  The rooms are spacious, delightfully decorated with marble floors and fresh bathrooms.  There is a main outdoor terrace of 115 sqm, located off the living area where you can enjoy the views and relax.  The development is set in beautiful communal gardens with three communal swimming pools to enjoy.  The location is peaceful and desirable with fabulous restaurants, a choice of some of the best golf courses in the world, and only a 10 minute drive from the local beaches and attractive marina of Sotogrande.

Living Area

The living area is comfortable and spoilt with the views, with the main terrace area leading from here.  There is satellite television (although limited channels), an open fireplace and wifi.


The kitchen is well equipped for holiday life with a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of essentials to cook at home.  There is also a highchair available for small ones.


The master bedroom, with a super king bed is located on the downstairs floor with the living area and main terrace.  The extra three bedrooms are located up the stairs on the second floor.

Two of these rooms have double beds and the third has a single bed plus a double sofa bed.  There is also a travel cot available. 

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with baths and over head showers.  Two of the baths are also Jacuzzi baths.  Two rooms also have small terrace areas leading off the rooms.

Outside Area

The communal gardens are beautiful, ideal for children and with a choice of communal pools there is lots of fun!  You could also enjoy some local walks.

 Casa Estrella
  is located in the Sotogrande Alto.  There are bars, restaurants, beaches and all ammenities within a 10 minute drive.  There are plenty of local shops; fresh bakeries, convenience stores, ice cream parlours and there are larger supermarkets a short drive away.  Sotogrande is home to international polo, golf, tennis, sailing and a huge array of watersports, great restaurants and beach clubs.  The area is also perfectly situated in Southern Andalucia to enjoy  both the cultural and historic cities, the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns along the costa del sol and the beautiful golden sand beaches along the costa de la luz. Travelling to Sotogrande

We recommend you fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.  Gibraltar is a short distance, only 30 km to Sotogrande.  Hiring a taxi is simple and inexpensive from the border of Gibraltar, alternatively there are many car hire places across the border.  Malaga is approximately 106 km from Sotogrande.  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville.  

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here, the journey from either airport is not hard.  You can take in some of the breathtaking scenery on the way to Gaucin and the Andalucian Mountains.  

Travelling from Malaga and need a car?  Check out Sixt Car Rental.. Travelling from Gibraltar airport?  Walking across the border to Spain is quick and easy and takes you to the town of La Linea.  For car hire check out, Europcar   la Linea.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

Price Per Week

Please enquire regarding weekly rental price.

Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  

Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
