Casa Luna is a new ground floor apartment in the popular and luxurious waterfront development in the heart of the Sotogrande Marina.  Beautifully designed and kept to a high standard with top end furnishings and home accessories.  It is easily accessible being a ground floor apartment with a generous sized terrace and lawn area.  The development has a concierge service with 24 hour security, plus beautifully kept grounds with two outdoor pools and an indoor pool with a gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi. Many local activities and attractions are within walking distance including beaches, the Sotogrande port, shops and restaurants, the yacht club and tennis club to name a few.

Kitchen / Dining and Living Area

This apartment has an individual design for the urbanization with an extremely spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area.  The use of colour and fresh modern designs make the space bright and airy.  Large glass folding doors run the length of the apartment, bringing the outside in.  There is a comfortable sofa, relaxing day chair and plenty of space in the living area with a large flat screen television with IP TV

The kitchen is fully equipped with two electric ovens, American fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, four ring hob and coffee maker.  There is plenty of space to cook with a large central island and a bar seating area.

Alongside the kitchen area is the small breakfast dining table seating four.  The outside has a large dining table to seat up to eight for the al fresco experience.

Bedrooms

There are three main bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a possible fourth bedroom. 

The master bedroom enjoys a king size bed, large wall mounted television, shower and double basin in the en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a double bed, bath, shower and double basin.

The third room is a twin with shower and single basin.

There is plenty of cupboard space in all the rooms, air conditioning and black out blinds.

In addition, there is a potential fourth bedroom.  This is used as a television room / children’s games room - as there is a sofa bed, it can also be used as a bedroom. 

Outside Areas

Each bedroom has the luxury of its own terrace.  The main terrace runs the length of the apartment, also with a grass area.  There are stylish outdoor sofas and chairs to relax , sunbeds and a large outdoor table seating up to eight.

Two separate laundry rooms are available, both with a washing machine and dryer.

There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout and access to unlimited wifi in all areas of the apartment.

Casa Luna  is located in the heart of the Sotogrande Marina.  There are bars, restaurants, beaches and all ammenities within walking distance.  There are plenty of local shops; fresh bakeries, convenience stores, ice cream parlours and there are larger supermarkets a short drive away.  The apartment has 2 underground private parking spaces, easily accessable from the apartment by a lift.  Sotogrande is perfectly situated in Southern Andalucia to enjoy  both the cultural and historic cities, the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns along the costa del sol and the beautiful golden sand beaches along the costa de la luz. Travel

 Travelling to Sotogrande

We recommend you fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.  Gibraltar is a short distance, only 30 km to Sotogrande.  Hiring a taxi is simple and inexpensive from the border of Gibraltar, alternatively there are many car hire places across the border.  Malaga is approximately 106 km from Sotogrande.  Check out skyscanner  to compare prices.  You can even fly to Jerez or Seville.  

We do recommend hiring a car while you are out here, the journey from either airport is not hard.  

Travelling from Malaga and need a car?  Check out Sixt Car Rental.. Travelling from Gibraltar airport?  Walking across the border to Spain is quick and easy and takes you to the town of La Linea.  For car hire check out, Europcar   la Linea.

Prices, Booking and Cancellation Policies

  • Change over day is a Saturday but can be flexible, please enquire.
  • A change of linen will be included on rentals over 1 week.
  • Arrival time is 4pm and the property must be vacated by 11am unless previously agreed with JamPot Villas.
  • Bathroom towels (excluding pool towels) are provided.
  • A cash deposit of £350.00 / €500.00 will be requested upon arrival and returned upon your departure should there be no damage to the property or items missing from the property.

Booking Policy:

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.

Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house.  If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy'.


Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email.  Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email.  If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit.  If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged.  If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).

In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.

We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.  


Damage Deposits:

Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
