This villa is hidden in a lush valley with eleven acres of cork forest, woodlands, olive and almond groves together with spectacular views to the Gaucin castle and across the valley of Rio Genal.  It is located just outside but within walking distance of the white village of Gaucin.   The whole building wraps around a magical central courtyard and the secluded pool area is set away from the house.

To enter the villa you pass through the central courtyard, which is full of palms,  geraniums , fig trees and lemon trees.  The large entrance doors lead through to the main living area, a very spacious room which includes the entrance hall, living area and inside dining area with a centralized open fireplace.  On the opposite side from the entrance is a large covered terrace with built in brick barbeques, views to the castle and gardens beyond.

The large country style kitchen is at the end of this room, ending the side of the main wing. 

Leading from the main room, accessed by two separate staircases, are the main double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. 

There is also access from one of these rooms to terraces extending round the main part of the house and to the roof terrace.  Along the terrace there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. 

Moving back downstairs and to the right of the entrance door is a second living area with an open fireplace.  From here the house flows round the courtyard along a corridor to a further two double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms.  Both rooms lead out to a private terrace on the outside of the house and another room separates these two bedrooms with doors leading to the central courtyard. 

The final wing which wraps once again around the courtyard includes a small kitchenette, dining and living area and 3 additional double bedrooms  2 of which have ensuite bathrooms.

The build size has a total of 905 sqm, the ground floor 712 sqm and first floor 193 sqm.

A pathway leads down from the main house to the private pool area.  Totally secluded and secure by the gates and walls that surround it.  The pool has an infinity edge looking across spectacular views and uses salt water and is powered by solar heating to extend the season.  The main pool is 100m square with a depth of 2metres and a great size at 11m x 15.5m.  There is also a separate shallow pool area for children.
