Casa Pinon is located in the centre of Gaucin and boasts lovely views from the outdoor area. The rooms have a typical Spanish style with a cosy feel. This is a single level house with an open fireplace making this a suitable little holiday home for both winter and summer months. The kitchen is well equipped connecting to an open plan living and dining area. The outside terrace is filled with plants and flowers creating a comfortable and delightful space. The pool sits below the terrace and both are blessed with beautiful countryside scenery and views across the sea and Straits of Gibraltar.
The living area has a comfortable sofa and chairs to relax. Large French windows lead to the outside terrace allowing you to enjoy the views. There is an open fireplace and television with various international channels (excluding British free view channels). The dining area is also within this space due to this open plan design, with a dining table to seat four.
The Kitchen is of an ample size providing you with everything you will need on holiday. This includes a 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, washing machine small dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee maker. There is also plenty of crockery and space to prepare your holiday meals.
There are three bedrooms and one bathroom in Casa Pinon. The master bedroom is a good size with traditional wooden furniture. A further two bedrooms each with a modest double bed are located along a corridor leading from the living area. There is also a bathroom with shower and single basin which is shared by the three bedrooms.
Accessed from the living area is a large terrace that runs the length of the house. The views from here are delightful and the potted plants and flowers make it a pleasant relaxing area. There is an outdoor table for some al fesco dining, a pergola and umbrella for some shade. A few steps take you to the pool measuring 2.9m x 3.9m and 1.7m deep. There are also country walks beyond that can be accessed directly from the garden.
Casa Pinon is located near the centre of Gaucin. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are also plenty of shops with local produce, larger general stores and a pharmacy. Gaucin itself is perfectly situated in the Andalucian Mountains to enjoy both the cultural and historic cities and the buzz and glamour of the coastal towns. The mountains provide a sense of peace with wonderful walks, horse riding and many other cultural activities and art filled pleasures. The coast being so close also allows you to explore and have some fun on the water, take your pick of many Golf courses or indulge in the boutiques and nightlife.
Please note, Casa Pinon is located on a fairly steep street so parking may be awkward outside the house, but can easily be found 50 metres away. Also note that the pool is overlooked by houses across the land although some areas of the terrace provide more privacy. (Please refer to the gallery).

For weekly rentals changeover day is on a Saturday, although this can be flexible.
The property must be vacated by 10.30am and arrival is at 4pm unless previously agreed with agent.
All linen is provided and a change of linen is provided on rentals over one week.
During winter months a basket of logs (sufficient for 2/3 nights) is provided. Extra logs required can be purchased locally at €7.00 per bag.
Responsible use of gas and electricity is included in the weekly rental price.

30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.
Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house. If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the ‘Cancellation Policy’.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email. Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email. If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit. If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged. If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).
In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.
We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.
Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
