The elegant entrance sets the scene for this impressive villa, with a large traditional courtyard, filled with potted plants and a central fountain. The furnishings are of a high quality with lavish enhancements, including a private gymnasium and snooker room. The outside area is surprisingly endless with stoned path ways, immaculate flower beds, mature trees and plants plus large grass areas, perfect for children to kick a football around. This villa is perfect for a family and large and private enough for two families to share. Casa Oliva is located between the white villages of Gaucin and Casares, with fabulous views looking up to the picturesque village of Gaucin and across the mountainside. The house has wifi, central heating, air conditioning, television and sound system.
Casa Olivo is located 9km from Gaucin, 7km from Casares and 20km from the beach.
Leading from the large courtyard entrance is the heart of the home, a grand living space with high ceilings and full length windows and doors spanning the walls, looking over the views and accessing the terrace. There are various comfortable sofas and seating areas. The dining area is to one side with a table seating up to 12. The other end has access to a television room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas.
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor both with en-suite shower rooms. One has access to the central courtyard and the other private access to the garden.
To the basement there is a fun games room with board games, computers, billiard table and access to the gardens. Here, there is also a separate gym area with a treadmill, weights and more.
The kitchen is wonderful and feels part of the main living space of the house. Situated beside the dining area with an open plan feel. It is fully equipped with a Boretti 5 ring gas hob and large gas oven, double sink with food waste disposer, large fridge, separate freezer, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, 4 piece toaster, and plenty of crockery.
There is an adjacent kitchen/laundry room with an additional gas hob, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer. Large drink fridge, chest freezer and additional fridge. Paella ring and pan. A fresh water dispenser is also provided.
Leading from the kitchen is a fabulous outdoor terrace for al fresco dining with a remarkable view of Gaucin perched on the top of the mountain.
There are four bedrooms located upstairs. Three have access to large private terrace areas, enjoying the fantastic views across the countryside. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath, shower and double basins. Both have king size beds: one which can be separated into a twin. The other two double bedrooms share a bathroom, also with bath and double basin.
There is a sense of openness and space when walking onto the terraces and through the stoned pathways of the garden. The fresh air and views give a feeling of calm and detachment. You will find a large grass area where children can kick a football around, located behind the pool area. There are further peaceful areas in which to spend your days, manicured paths that lead up to the villa and plenty of places to walk, even extending outside the grounds of the villa. The pool area has a wooden gazebo with outdoor sofas, a table seating up to eight and plenty of traditional and luxury sunbeds. You can also enjoy the use of the fridge, sink and large gas barbeque.
The swimming pool is a fabulous size at 15m x 7.5m. Children can also enjoy various play areas around the garden with a trampoline, swings, slide, basketball hoop and play hut.
Various terraces surround the house, including an area for al fresco dining leading from the kitchen with a table seating up to 12 and a lounge area. The views from here are exceptional!
There are also terrace areas leading from the main living area, and the majority of the bedrooms. You will certainly enjoy the outdoors in this villa and with all the doors and windows open the fresh air and light flowing through is incredible.

This villa is Located in the countryside. A car is recommended, particularly if you are looking to explore the area. Gaucin itself is 9km from Casa Olivo, situated in the Andalucian Mountains and Casares is 7km away , a gorgeous whitewashed village set in a mountainous landscape with panoramic views down to the Mediterranean sea and across to Gibraltar and the north African coastline. There is an old fortress at the pinnacle of the village, the streets are typically narrow and wind through this delightful little pueblo. There are a number of quaint village tapas bars and a few international restaurants and many Spanish ventas. The mountains provide a sense of peace with wonderful walks, horse riding and many other cultural activities and art filled pleasures. The coast is also close enough to explore and have some fun on the water, take your pick of many golf courses or indulge in the boutiques and nightlife.

Changeover day is on a Saturday.
The property must be vacated by 10am.
Arrival is at 4pm unless previously agreed with agent.
Minimum stay of 1 week.
All linen is provided including pool towels. Linen change will be provided on rentals of more than one week.
30% deposit will be required on booking.
Final 70% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks or if the total value of your booking is less than £200.00 / €250.00 full payment will be due when you book.
Once your reservation deposit has been received Jampot Villas will send you a booking confirmation which confirms the contract between you and the owners of the house. If we do not receive the balance by the date outlined (8 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the cancellation charges that are set out in the ‘Cancellation Policy’.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Jampot Villas by telephone and by email. Your cancellation will be confirmed upon receipt of email. If receipt of cancellation is received more than 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit. If received within 8 to 2 weeks before the start of your rental date you will forfeit your deposit plus 40% of the total rental price will be charged. If received within 2 weeks before the start of your rental date then you will forfeit your deposit plus the remainder 70% will be charged (the full amount is payable).
In the unlikely case that JamPot Villas has to cancel a booking we will notify you immediately and try to offer an alternative. In case of non-acceptance of the alternative by the renter, JamPot Villas will reimburse the renter all payments made and the renter loses any rights other than the reimbursement of payments made.
We do advise that you purchase suitable personal and travel insurance to cover the risk of cancellation due to ill health or force majeure.
Certain properties require a Damage Deposit, the amount (outlined on the individual properties) will be due in cash upon arrival and returned on your departure day after inspection of the property. Should any breakage or damage occur during your stay you must inform the house manager and Jampot Villas immediately.
